What Does an Enrollment Officer Do?
As an Enrollment Officer at Sawyer Scholastics, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journeys of students and schools within your designated territory. Your main responsibilities will include:
Advertising and Recruiting: You’ll actively promote our homeschooling and unschooling programs, as well as school partnerships. Your goal will be to recruit students and schools, ensuring they are aware of the fantastic opportunities we offer.
Strategy Implementation: You will work closely with our Company Director and Enrollment Director to implement strategies that maximize enrollments. Your input and efforts will directly impact the growth and success of our programs.
Training and Support: To ensure you are well-equipped for success, you will attend necessary training sessions provided by our experienced directors. These sessions will help you understand our programs in-depth and enable you to support potential enrollees effectively.
Compliance: Adherence to our company policies and procedures is essential. You will ensure that all activities are conducted in line with our guidelines, maintaining the high standards we uphold at Sawyer Scholastics.
Compensation and Benefits
We believe in rewarding hard work and dedication. As an Enrollment Officer, your compensation will include:
Commission on Sales: You will receive a 20% commission on all personal sales. Additionally, for every individual or school you recruit, you will earn a 10% commission on their annual renewals for as long as they remain enrolled or partnered with Sawyer Scholastics.
Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid within 30 days of receiving payments from clients, following a satisfaction-guaranteed period of 30 days.
Independent Discounts: You have the freedom to offer discounts to potential clients, which will be deducted from your commissions. This flexibility allows you to attract and secure enrollments effectively.
Be Your Own Boss

You are an independent contractor, which means you have control over how you manage your time and efforts.
