Student Store Refund & Returns Policy

The Sawyer Academy Student Store partners with verified third-party suppliers to provide affordable, high-quality items that support our students and programs. Because our products are shipped directly from these suppliers, all refunds and returns are handled in coordination with their policies (including those on platforms such as AliExpress and Alibaba).
- Refund and Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- The item never arrived within the expected delivery time.
All claims must include photo or video evidence and your order number.
We cannot guarantee approval of returns for:
- Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)
- Incorrect sizing (if accurate sizing information was provided)
- Items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery
- How to Request a Refund
To begin a return or refund request:
- Contact us at studentstore@sawyer-academy.org with your order number and supporting photos.
- We will contact the supplier to confirm eligibility and next steps.
If approved, the supplier will either:
- Issue a refund to your original payment method, or
- Ship a replacement item at no additional cost.
Please do not ship products back to the school or to the manufacturer unless instructed.
- Processing Times
Refunds and replacements depend on supplier confirmation and may take 7–15 business days after approval to process.
You will receive an email update once your case is resolved.
- Sale and Custom Items
Sale, clearance, or custom-made items are final sale, unless defective upon arrival.
- Gifts
If a gift item was shipped directly to you, you may receive a replacement or store credit (if the supplier approves the return).
