Sawyer STREAM Academy is more than a school — it’s a movement to reimagine education through innovation, family values, and hands-on learning. We are currently developing our first full campus in Tampa, Florida, projected to open for the 2026–2027 school year (August 2026).

To make this vision a reality, we are inviting a limited number of Founding Investors to join us at the ground level and help establish a world-class educational institution that will serve families for generations.

The Opportunity

We are offering up to 30% equity in Sawyer STREAM Academy through a Founding Investment Round, with shares available at $10,000 per share (2,000 shares available). The school will operate as an S-Corporation, allowing qualified investors to hold ownership while supporting a socially impactful enterprise.

Founder and Principal Dr. Robert Sawyer and other current board members will retain 70% ownership as sweat equity, representing years of curriculum/ assessment/ program development, regulatory registration, and institutional groundwork.

This is a unique opportunity to participate in both the financial success and the social legacy of a school that represents the future of education.

Use of Funds

Investor funds will be allocated directly toward the development and launch of the Tampa campus, including:

• Property acquisition or long-term lease of the Sheldon Road site.
• Renovation and remodeling to create STREAM-compatible learning spaces.
• Technology infrastructure for our digital learning platform, Sawyer Academy Online.
• Gardening and outdoor education areas for sustainability and environmental science projects.
• Art, music, and performance equipment for creative learning programs.
• Conversion of the commercial kitchen into a culinary classroom to support hands-on vocational training.
• Safety and accessibility improvements to meet state and federal standards.
• Initial staffing, marketing, and operational reserves to ensure a strong, stable launch.
